Refund policy

Every Furhue item is custom made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or after you've approved your design preview.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the approved preview, email Furhue27@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Cancellations: You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your preview. After approval, production begins and orders can't be cancelled.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
